The Registrants right to use the Microequities Account and Documentation shall automatically terminate if Registrant fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions governing the use of this site. 6. MICROEQUITIES PTY LTD and/or its licensee�s (as the case may be) retain all right, title, interest and intellectual property rights in and to the Materials, the MICROEQUITIES service and the Documentation.
